Jenkins was drafted by the Packers in the second round of the 2019 NFL Draft, being the 44th overall pick. Throughout his time in Green Bay, he played in 96 games, starting in 94 of them. His versatility allowed him to fill various positions on the offensive line:

- 13 starts at center (C)
- 8 starts at left tackle (LT)
