“Arirang” debuted on the Billboard 200 with an impressive total of 641,000 equivalent album units. Out of these, 532,000 were pure album sales, marking the largest first-week sales for any album by a group since Taylor Swift’s “The Life of a Showgirl.” Swift’s album had set records with over four million units sold in its debut week last year.
