Sidemen Charity Match set for Wembley as Logan Paul and iShowSpeed miss out
The sidemen are back at Wembley Stadium on Saturday April 18 for their annual charity match, with a free live stream set to run on the Sidemen’s YouTube channel. The game comes as 90, 000 fans are expected in London, and the sidemen are missing two major names: Logan Paul and iShowSpeed.
Wembley date, stream and crowd
The match is scheduled for Wembley Stadium in London, and the timing adds pressure to an event that has already sold out in record time. A crowd of 90, 000 is expected after the tickets disappeared in two-and-a-half hours, underlining how much the sidemen charity match has grown into a major live event.
Fans who cannot be at Wembley will be able to watch for free through the Sidemen’s YouTube channel, which has 23 million subscribers. Last year’s edition drew eight million live viewers on stream, ended 9-9 before a penalty shootout, and raised £4. 7 million for charity. This year, Brightside and M7 Education are the charities set to benefit.
Sidemen line-ups and the missing names
The confirmed line-ups show a stacked field on both sides. The sidemen team includes Zerkaa, Vikkstar, Wroetoshaw, TBJZL, Deji, Marlon, Arthur TV, AmineMaTue, ChrisMD, xQc, Adapt, Jynxzi, Niko Omilana, AB, AJ Shabeel, LazarBeam and Lacy. The YouTube Allstars list includes KSI, Miniminter, Behzinga, Angry Ginge, Stable Ronaldo, Squeezie, Mrwhosetheboss, JasonTheWeen, ItalianBach, Ibai, George Clarke, Danny Aarons, Chazza, CarryMinati, Sketch, WillNE and Max Fosh.
Jack Joseph will manage SDMN FC, while Calfreezy is in charge of the YouTube Allstars. KSI said three Sidemen representatives have moved to the YouTube Allstars side to make the contest more competitive, naming himself, Simon and Ethan in that switch. The sidemen setup is therefore different from previous years, and the balance of the game is being reshaped before kick-off.
Why Logan Paul and iShowSpeed are absent
Two of the biggest crowd-pullers are not in the Wembley line-ups. Logan Paul and iShowSpeed are both tied up in Las Vegas on Saturday night for Night 1 of WWE WrestleMania 42, where they are part of a six-man tag-team match with Austin Theory against The Usos and LA Knight. Their absence is the clearest reason the sidemen charity match will look different this year.
For iShowSpeed, the omission is especially notable after he played a decisive role last year by scoring the winning penalty in the shootout. The sidemen confirmed the squads for Saturday’s game, and neither Paul nor Speed was included on either roster.
What this means for Saturday
The sidemen charity match has become more than a novelty fixture: it is now a large-scale live event with a clear charity focus, an enormous crowd and a global online audience. With the squads confirmed and the missing names explained, attention now turns to whether the reshaped line-ups can deliver another tense finish at Wembley. For the sidemen, the spotlight is already fixed on how this year’s edition unfolds.
