YouTube Shuts Down Clavicular’s Channels for Repeated Violations

YouTube has taken decisive action against influencer Clavicular, halting his two channels due to significant breaches of its policies. The streamer’s real name is Braden Peters, and he announced the news on X, expressing his disappointment over the abrupt termination.

YouTube Terminates Clavicular’s Channels

Clavicular’s accounts, @LiveWithClav and @ClavLooksmax, were deactivated with no prior warning. Peters described the situation as “very sad” and sought assistance from his followers to regain access. He highlighted that his channels contained live streams and courses aimed at empowering young men.

Violation of Community Guidelines

  • YouTube cited “severe or repeated violations” as the reason for the channel removals.
  • Emails from YouTube indicated that these violations were clearly noted.
  • Clavicular disputed the termination, asserting that he worked diligently to comply with platform guidelines.

Despite Peters’ claims of adhering to YouTube’s terms, the platform reiterated that the channels were removed for violating community guidelines. In a statement to The Hollywood Reporter, YouTube clarified that Clavicular’s original channel had already faced termination in November 2025 for promoting access to prohibited sites.

Previous Termination and New Accounts

The spokesperson elaborated that following a termination, creators are forbidden from launching new channels, reinforcing the severity of the breaches committed by Clavicular. This latest incident followed a troubling episode where he was hospitalized due to a suspected overdose while livestreaming in a Miami mall.

The day after the incident, Peters updated his fans on X, sharing his struggles with substance use in social settings. He remarked on the challenges he faced and referred to his experience with a life support mask during that night.

As the situation unfolds, it highlights the ongoing tensions between content creators and platform policies. Clavicular’s case raises critical discussions about accountability and the responsibilities both creators and platforms have in maintaining community standards.
