Our thoughts are also with everyone impacted by this incident. ” Foxwell added that the case has drawn significant attention on social media, and urged the public to refrain from further speculation. She also asked people not to share graphic footage, saying it could affect the investigation and future court proceedings.

The collision happened on Argyll Street in the early hours of 19 April and involved pedestrians outside a nightclub. Police said a 58-year-old man suffered life-changing injuries in the same incident, while another woman received a minor wrist injury. Zakrzewska was taken to hospital after the collision and died six days later.
