Cowboys Enhance Roster with New Signings After 2026 NFL Draft

The Dallas Cowboys are expanding their roster following the 2026 NFL Draft. This ongoing player acquisition process emphasizes the importance of undrafted free agents, as noted by the team’s COO and co-owner, Stephen Jones. The Cowboys believe there are still valuable players remaining after the draft, particularly from the later rounds.

In past seasons, the Cowboys have discovered hidden talents who have become significant contributors and even Hall of Famers. Notable examples include Drew Pearson and Cliff Harris. Current roster members like Brandon Aubrey, KaVontae Turpin, and Terence Steele are also products of the undrafted free agency system.
