Malnar Injury Law officially rebranded on April 27, 2026, and will now operate as StubbornAttorney.com, a Colorado Springs firm that represents clients injured through the negligence of others. Ryan Malnar, who founded and leads the practice, said the new name is meant to signal the way the firm handles cases from start to finish.
“This name says exactly what we do,” Malnar said. “When we take a case, we do not let go. We push harder the more the other side pushes back. That is what our clients deserve, and it’s who we have always been.”
The firm says all existing clients, cases and contact information remain unchanged, even as the name changes. It also says its legal team, personalized service and record of results continue without interruption under the new banner.
The rebrand is tied closely to Malnar’s own life outside the office. He is an avid mule trainer and rider who takes his mules onto steep technical trails in the Colorado mountains, and his mule Moe was photographed on one of those trails. Malnar said the parallel between that work and his legal practice was deliberate.
“Mules have earned a reputation for stubbornness, and I think that’s exactly right,” he said. “In personal injury law, stubbornness is a feature, not a flaw. Insurance companies count on people giving up. We don’t.”
StubbornAttorney.com said it is still taking cases involving injuries caused by other people’s negligence and will go to trial when insurers refuse to deal fairly. The change in name does not change who the firm serves or how it says it fights for them; it sharpens the message. The answer to the question the new brand raises is in the work itself: the firm says it has not changed its clients, its cases or its approach — only the name on the door.
