Caris Levert Held to Two Points in Game 4 Loss

LeVert finished 1-for-4 from the field and missed his only 3-point attempt. He added five rebounds, three assists and two blocks, so the box score was not empty even though the scoring line stayed low.

Detroit’s Bench Production

That role out of the second unit was the biggest in Detroit’s reserve group on Monday. The Pistons needed more from that group in a playoff game decided by six points, and LeVert’s line showed how little margin there was for error once the shots stopped falling.

The series has been quieter for him, too. LeVert has averaged 2.8 points, 2.5 rebounds and 1.0 assists in 11.8 minutes per contest, and he has shot 25.0 percent from beyond the arc in the series.
