Kylie Jenner Sued By 2nd Housekeeper Over Abuse Claims

kylie jenner sued by 2nd housekeeper Juana Delgado Soto on Wednesday, adding a second cleaning-staff complaint to Jenner’s workplace exposure. Soto says Jenner, Kylie Jenner Inc., Itzel Sibrian, Tri Star Services and La Maison Family Services are responsible for racial discrimination, harassment and retaliation across nearly six years.

Juana Delgado Soto

Soto says she started working for Jenner in May 2019 and alleges that meal and rest breaks were withheld for the first few years. She says the situation worsened in late 2023 when Sibrian became her direct supervisor, followed by a 2024 Human Resources complaint after Sibrian allegedly mocked her accent, immigration status and race and called her stupid.

The suit adds weight because it reaches beyond one supervisor. Soto alleges Sibrian was temporarily removed after the complaint, then reinstated, and that retaliation followed through reduced hourly wages, unreasonable workloads and schedule changes.

April 2025 Letter

In April 2025, Soto says she put a long letter on Jenner’s massage bed before a massage. She wrote, “I need to express just how terribly I am mentally abused” and “I really apologize for letting you know about all these situations, I know you wouldn’t allow this to happen, if you were aware of it.”

According to Soto, the next day she was threatened with termination and told never to contact Jenner again. She alleges she was told she could not look at Jenner or smile at her and that if she saw Jenner she would have to “disappear.”

Patsy and Elsy

By late 2024, housekeeping supervisors Patsy and Elsy had stepped into leadership roles, and Soto says the problems did not stop there. She alleges they denied her adequate time off after her brother’s sudden death, ordered her to “report to work immediately,” and let coworkers whisper that she was lying about the death while forcing her to pick up trash they intentionally threw on the ground.

Soto also says she was harassed when she requested time off for her brother’s funeral Mass. That pushes the case beyond a single bad exchange and into a claim about how multiple supervisors and service companies handled the same worker over time.

Jenner’s Cleaning Staff

The filing arrived a week after another woman on Jenner’s cleaning staff sued her over harassment and discrimination claims. Taken together, the two cases give Jenner a second lawsuit from the same part of her household operation, which raises the pressure on the companies named in Soto’s suit as they face overlapping allegations tied to workplace treatment and pay practices.

A representative for Jenner declined to comment Thursday and said Jenner had not yet seen the lawsuit. For now, the practical consequence is simple: the complaint is on the record, the defendants are named, and the allegations now span May 2019 through April 2025.
