birmingham news: West Midlands Police attended Wickets Tower in Edgbaston on Friday, May 1 after a report of a disorder and searched the area. The force said officers found no sign of criminal offences, and no one reported injuries.

The tower block sits on Wyatt Close, where armed officers and paramedics were both called to the scene. BirminghamLive footage showed a large emergency personnel presence at the entrance to the building, as police worked at the address in the afternoon.
Police search and enquiries
A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: "We were called to an address in Wyatt Close this afternoon following a report of a disorder." The spokesperson added: "Officers attended and searched the area, but no sign of any criminal offences was found and no one reported any injuries to us."
Police said they are remaining in the area carrying out enquiries to establish whether any offences took place. The force also asked anyone who saw anything to call 101 and quote log 3761 of 1 May.
