Geraldo Perdomo Goes 3-for-4 With Two Triples In 11-7 Win

geraldo perdomo kept the Diamondbacks moving Wednesday, going 3-for-4 with two triples, a walk, one RBI and one run scored in an 11-7 win over the White Sox. The shortstop has now hit safely in six straight games and has turned a slow start into a short burst of production.

Perdomo Sparks Arizona

His two triples were the most striking part of the night. They accounted for all three of his triples this season, and they came in the same game in which he reached base three times and added an RBI.

Perdomo has gone 12-for-23 over his last six games, a stretch that produced a.522 average. That run stands out against the opening part of his season, when he had a.260 average and a.782 OPS through 23 contests after taking a clear step back in most areas early in 2026.

White Sox Pitching Trouble

The White Sox had no answer once Perdomo started driving the ball into the gaps. Arizona kept scoring around him, and the 11-run output gave the Diamondbacks a cushion that held through the final innings.

For Perdomo, the game also fit a broader seasonal line that still includes six stolen bases, six RBI, 11 runs scored, one home run and three doubles. He broke out with a 20-homer, 100-RBI season over 161 games in 2025, and this six-game stretch gives Arizona a better version of the middle infielder than the one it saw early this year.

Wednesday’s performance leaves the Diamondbacks with a shortstop who is again reaching base, driving the ball and creating extra bases in the middle of the order. If this level holds, his recent six-game surge becomes the clearest sign that the early-season dip is fading.
