Shehbaz Sharif Orders Arrangements for Lahore Psl Live Final
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif ordered authorities on Saturday to make the best possible arrangements for the psl live PSL final in Lahore. The final is scheduled for Sunday at Qaddafi Stadium, where large crowds are expected.
Shehbaz Sharif and Mohsin Naqvi
The prime minister’s directive came during a meeting with Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, who briefed him on the security situation and the steps being taken to maintain law and order. Sharif’s office said he instructed authorities to ensure the best possible arrangements for players, spectators and other citizens for the match.
That order places the spotlight on the ground operation around Qaddafi Stadium, where crowd flow and entry management will shape how smoothly the final unfolds. The Pakistan Cricket Board said a star-studded ceremony will come before the match.
Qaddafi Stadium Access
Salman Naseer urged spectators to arrive well in advance to avoid congestion. He said fans should reach their seats by 6 p.m. to fully enjoy the closing ceremony.
Additional entry points have been set up at key gates to facilitate smoother access. Peshawar Zalmi will take on Hyderabad Kingsmen in the final, giving the stadium crowd a match built around a full-house atmosphere and a ceremony that starts before the first ball.
For fans heading to Lahore, the practical move is simple: get there early and use the extra gates already in place. The final is set to be decided with the crowd, the ceremony and the security plan all running at once.
