Jackman and Furness have already split other properties as part of the divorce agreement, including a penthouse apartment on Eleventh Avenue sold to an LLC linked solely to Furness around the time the divorce was finalized. The new public step with Foster lands while one of the remaining marital assets is still being worked through, which keeps the personal and financial timelines moving in parallel.
