Ford Carhartt Truck package adds $4,195 to 2027 Super Duty XLT
Ford has introduced a ford carhartt truck package for 2027 Super Duty XLT crew-cab trucks. The option adds Carhartt styling and jobsite-focused details to the XLT trim, and it will go on sale alongside the rest of the 2027 Super Duty lineup.
The package costs $4195 on top of the XLT base price. Buyers can order it with the gas-fed 7.3-liter V-8 or the Power Stroke diesel 6.7-liter V-8, and four-wheel drive comes standard.
Ford Super Duty XLT
The Super Duty Carhartt edition is mostly an appearance package, but Ford adds several practical touches. The exterior gets a reflective logo on the fenders, textured graphics along the body sides and tailgate, and the Carhartt logo on the back of the cab.
Inside, the truck carries Carhartt's iconic triple stitch on the door panels. The center console lid, map pockets, and headrests draw inspiration from Carhartt, and the package also includes Carhartt-branded rubber all-weather floormats.
Detroit Carhartt Wheels
Ford also equips the edition with LED roof markers and clearance lamps, LED reflectors, LED fog lights, and a high-mounted LED center brake light on the rear of the cab. The truck rides on special 20-inch wheels inspired by the manhole covers near Carhartt's flagship store in Detroit.
Every Carhartt edition comes with a spray-in bedliner, and the package comes by default with the Premium Package. Buyers can also pair it with the FX4 Off-Road package, giving the XLT a more specific setup without moving to another trim.
7.3-liter V-8 Power
The gas engine in the package produces 430 horsepower and 485 pound-feet. The diesel version can be configured for either 475 hp and 1050 pound-feet or 500 hp and 1200 pound-feet, which gives the Carhartt edition a range of output choices within the same trim.
Ford is aiming the package at buyers who want the XLT crew-cab format with a branded look and the added equipment that comes with it. For a customer looking at the 2027 Super Duty XLT, the decision now comes down to whether the Carhartt styling and standard equipment justify the extra $4195.
