Sawalha and her husband, Mark Adderley, run Coffee Moaning on YouTube, the channel at the center of the complaints reaching ITV bosses. One source said: "People both on and off camera at ITV have complained to bosses about the nature of the YouTube channel, which has become increasingly conspiratorial and looks like anti-Semitism, disguised as anti-Israel rhetoric."
Another insider said: "Nadia has brought this upon herself through her dangerous posting." That reaction points to a sharper split inside the workplace than a routine absence from a panel show, with colleagues describing growing concern over the material being posted.
April Absence on ITV
Sawalha has been on Loose Women since 1999, so the reported removal is a break with a long-running run on the ITV daytime format. The issue is being treated separately from broader ITV cutbacks, even though Loose Women has already been reduced to 30 weeks on air each year as part of cost-cutting.
The complaint trail also stretches beyond the show itself. Sawalha said dark forces had smeared her husband and prevented him from standing as a candidate in Croydon, particularly from within the Labour party, while Adderley was accused of sharing videos celebrating the courage of Hamas and conspiracy theories blaming Jews for the September 11 attacks.

A source said both sides were having some space before discussing any potential return, which leaves the immediate decision with producers rather than the screen time the pair have built online. The Daily Star said it reached out to ITV for comment, and the next step is whether the broadcaster lets the absence turn into a permanent break or brings Sawalha back after the review.
