Rocket League Paris Major Bundle Sends 100% to Teams and Players
rocket league will sell the Paris Major Bundle from May 19 to May 30, and 100% of its net sales after taxes will go to competing players and teams. The 1,000-credit item arrives one day before the RLCS event begins on May 20, making it a direct add-on to the tournament’s prize pool.
May 19 Bundle Terms
The bundle was announced on May 19 and will be available only inside the game through May 30. It costs 1,000 in-game credits, or $9.99 USD, and Rocket League says the money will be split after taxes between the best-performing individual players and the best-performing teams.
The first 50% of all net sales will go to individual players through Player Performance Awards. Those awards are spread equally across three categories, while the other 50% is split among the 16 teams at the Paris Major, with higher-placing teams taking a larger share.
Paris Major Prize Pool
That structure turns item sales into part of the event’s competitive payout. The more bundles that sell, the higher the prize pool for the RLCS event, which gives both teams and players a reason to care about an in-game cosmetic sale that usually would sit outside the tournament itself.
The setup also points to a familiar esports monetization model: game publishers use limited-time items to funnel community spending back into competition. Epic Games and Psyonix said they will release a similar bundle for the RLCS World Championship 2026 later this year, which suggests this is becoming a recurring revenue tool rather than a one-off promotion.
RLCS Starts May 20
May 20 is the key date for anyone following the Paris Major. The event starts then, while the bundle remains on sale through May 30, so the sales window overlaps with the competition and leaves room for the standings to shape how the team split is distributed.
