Loganair launches Jersey to Norwich route on Liberation Day

Loganair launched its seasonal Jersey to Norwich service on Saturday, tying the start of the route to Jersey's Liberation Day. The airline said the link will run on Saturdays until June 3 before increasing to twice weekly with an additional Wednesday flight.

Ronnie Matheson on the launch

Ronnie Matheson, Loganair's chief commercial officer, said: "The successful launch of our Norwich service marks another important step in strengthening Jersey’s air connectivity and providing greater choice for customers travelling to the UK." He also said: "Launching the route on Jersey Liberation Day made the occasion particularly special, as we continue to invest in services that support local communities, tourism and business travel."

Jersey's summer 2026 plans

The Norwich route is one of four new services in Loganair's expanded summer 2026 schedule from Jersey. The airline will also launch daily flights to East Midlands, regular flights to Paris Charles de Gaulle and a new connection to Bordeaux.

Paul Holley, head of connectivity at Ports of Jersey, said: "We're delighted to see increased UK regional and European connectivity as Loganair further expands its base in Jersey."

For passengers using the new Jersey-to-Norwich link, the immediate schedule is straightforward: Saturday flights now, then a second weekly departure from June 3. The broader Jersey plan gives the route added context, with Loganair building out its network across the summer 2026 season.
