Clarksville Courthouse Shooting Involves Chud The Builder Shooting

Streamer Dalton Eatherly, known as ChudTheBuilder, was reportedly involved in a chud the builder shooting outside the Clarksville courthouse in Tennessee on Wednesday afternoon. Reports on social media said a man attacked him and that he accidentally fired his gun.

Those same reports said a bullet grazed his body. The details of the injuries were still unclear, and the Clarksville Police Department had not released a statement as of the article.

FearBuck said Eatherly was involved in a racist altercation with the man who attacked him. FearBuck also said ChudTheBuilder allegedly told the man if he was going to "chimp out," then the man walked up and punched him in the face.

FearBuck said the streamer allegedly misfired the gun after being punched. FearBuck shared photos from the scene showing ChudTheBuilder getting on a police ambulance outside the Clarksville courthouse after the incident.

Bob's ChopHouse Arrest

The courthouse shooting came just days after Eatherly was arrested from Bob's ChopHouse in Nashville after reportedly refusing to pay his bill. In an X post after that arrest, he wrote: "Phones seized as ‘evidence of the crime.’ No way of contacting anyone. Just got back to my Airbnb after 13 hours in custody for leaving a restaurant when I was asked to. Bobs ChopHouse. FBI and domestic terrorist detective interviewed me for about 2 hours before they took me for booking, asking if I was part of some organization. ‘No sir I’m just a dude with a camera.’"

He also wrote that he spent over 13 hours in a federal prison and that his phones were seized as evidence. The article said authorities had not confirmed the courthouse details, leaving the account tied to social media reports rather than a public statement from police.
