The Ceará midfielder drew the line plainly before the match in the Sala de Imprensa Sérgio Pinheiro. "De verdade, a gente não está pensando no final de semana, não tem como a gente dosar amanhã, porque amanhã é um jogo decisivo. Se a gente não fizer o placar que a gente precisa, a gente vai estar fora de uma oitavas de final de Copa do Brasil, que é muito importante tanto para o clube, finaceiramente falando, e para o Ceará chegar numa oitavas de final. He also pointed to the crowd at Arena Castelão as part of the job.
