Henry Hodgson Sets Eagles Schedule London Clash With Jaguars
The Eagles schedule sends Philadelphia back to London in 2026, where the Super Bowl champions will face the Jacksonville Jaguars at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. It will be the Eagles’ first game in London since 2018, and it lands inside the NFL’s record international slate for the season.

Henry Hodgson said the matchup fits the size of the moment. “When you see it on paper, the iconic stadiums that we're going to be playing in around the world, the incredible teams that are going to be involved and the amazing players, it's really exciting,” he said. He added, “The Eagles are only a year removed from being Super Bowl champions, they're a really successful, high-powered team against a Jags team that probably wants to get to that point quickly after a great season last year.”
The Jaguars will host the Eagles on one of the next two Sundays after 4 October, after the London series opens that day with the Washington Commanders hosting the Indianapolis Colts at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Jacksonville also has a second overseas assignment in 2026, with the Houston Texans set to visit Wembley.
Record NFL international slate
The NFL will stage 9 international games in 2026, spread across 4 continents and 7 countries. Half of the league’s 32 teams will play abroad, and the Jaguars and San Francisco 49ers will each have 2 overseas games.
The rest of the international slate stretches well beyond London. The Los Angeles Rams will face the San Francisco 49ers at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in Australia, the 49ers will also meet the Minnesota Vikings as the league returns to Mexico, the Baltimore Ravens will face the Dallas Cowboys in Rio de Janeiro, the New Orleans Saints will meet the Pittsburgh Steelers in the first game in Paris at Stade de France, and the Cincinnati Bengals will play the Atlanta Falcons at Real Madrid’s home in Madrid. The New England Patriots will take on the Detroit Lions in Munich.
For Philadelphia, the trip back to London puts Jalen Hurts and a title-winning roster into one of the league’s biggest overseas stages. The broader schedule around it turns the Eagles game into part of a larger test for the NFL’s international push, with the full 2026 schedule still due on Thursday.
