Andre Wolves Extends Deal Until 2030 With Option For One More Year
andre wolves has signed a new four-year contract that runs until 2030, with an option for a further year. The deal keeps the midfielder in place after Wolves’ relegation last month and locks him into the Championship squad for next season.
Andre’s Wolves Record
Andre arrived in Wolverhampton in August 2024 from Fluminense and has already played 74 times across two campaigns. He spent his whole career at Fluminense before the move and quickly became part of the core of the side.
His debut season brought two supporter awards for Player of the Month, and his first goal for Wolves was the dramatic injury time winner against Liverpool at Molineux in March. He has also been capped eight times while in the West Midlands.
Shi, Edwards And Jackson
Nathan Shi said: “We are absolutely delighted that Andre has committed his future to Wolves.” He added: “He believes in this football club, he believes in what we are building together and he has full belief that we can realise our aim of achieving promotion back into the Premier League as soon as possible.”
Rob Edwards called him “a great guy and is incredibly professional – he's a dream to work with.” He also said: “He's an excellent footballer, technically he's really, really good.” Matt Jackson added: “We’re delighted to have Andre as an integral part of our quest to get back into the Premier League as quickly as possible.”
The new deal gives Wolves continuity around one of their most established players as they prepare for a Championship rebuild. Andre’s output is not just in appearances; he has already delivered a decisive goal, collected supporter backing twice, and now stays through the first stage of the club’s reset.
