Katie Price Husband Lee Andrews Missing Three Days in Dubai
Katie Price said on 16 May that katie price husband lee andrews had been missing for three days and feared he may have been kidnapped. In a YouTube video, she said she had not heard from him since Wednesday night at 10pm and that he was trying to cross the border in Dubai to get a flight to her.
Price's 16 May warning
“Something really, really serious has happened,” Price said. She added, “The last time I heard from Lee was Wednesday night at 10pm, he was trying to go through the border in Dubai to get on a flight to me.”
Price said, “We are wondering if he’s been kidnapped; he’s definitely a missing person now.” She also said, “We are now wondering, as far-fetched as it is, that he’s a missing person now, I don’t know if he’s been kidnapped.”
Dubai police checks
Price said the Criminal Investigation Department in Dubai was looking for Andrews. She said, “no one can find anywhere in the country that Lee has been detained” and added, “No one can find him in any prison, any police station; the police can’t find any record of him.”
That leaves a narrow and awkward situation for a public figure whose marriage was only months old. Price married the Dubai-based businessman in January, saying she had wed him just days after meeting him for the first time.
January marriage to Dubai
Price and Andrews had been navigating a long-distance relationship, and he was due to fly from Dubai to the UK for an appearance on Good Morning Britain. The University of Cambridge had also disputed Andrews’s claims that he earned a PhD from the institution, adding another layer of scrutiny around a man now described by Price as missing.
For anyone waiting on Andrews to reappear, the immediate practical picture is simple: Price has drawn public attention to a missing-person search, and she says Dubai police records and detention checks have not turned up his name. Until his whereabouts are established, the story sits with the search itself, not the appearance he was meant to make in the UK.
