Tim White and Tommy Condell Lead Bombers' Rebuild — Cfl Scores

Tim White arrived in Winnipeg and made the mission plain: cfl scores will now track a Blue Bombers offense trying to climb back after a 2025 season that finished seventh in scoring. The Bombers have added White, Tommy Nield and offensive co-ordinator Tommy Condell to reshape a passing game that never found enough rhythm.

White Sets the Tone

White said, “I want to redefine the offence and get us to that top level in the passing game.” He also said, “With all the guys they have here, I’ll be able to step into a situation where I can be myself, and I can put my ability on display to help this team win games.”

The receiver is one of two high-profile additions Winnipeg brought in over the winter, and he arrived at training camp expected to play a major role in the passing-game overhaul. That role is not just about targets; it is about changing the shape of an offense that was too often forced into short gains and stalled drives a year ago.

Condell and Collaros

Condell comes in with a built-in connection to Zach Collaros from their time in Hamilton, and he also spent the better part of three seasons working closely with White in separate stints with the Tiger-Cats. That shared history gives Winnipeg a faster path into a new system without starting from scratch.

Collaros said, “There’s been a really good energy, really great vibe, not just with the offence, but in the locker room in general.” He added, “I do feel like we hit the ground running in camp.” He also said the new system blends some of the old principles and the verbiage.

Winnipeg’s 2025 Numbers

The reason the changes matter is in the numbers Winnipeg left behind. The Bombers tied for the sixth-fewest passing touchdowns with 23 last season, produced 24 passing plays of 30 or more yards and ranked eighth in the league in red-zone offense.

The run game provided more burst, with 12 rushes of 20-plus yards, but the passing side was where the ceiling fell short. Under rookie offensive co-ordinator Jason Hogan, the offense struggled to find much rhythm in 2025, and that drop is what Condell and White are being asked to fix.

For Winnipeg, the test now is whether the new mix of White, Nield and Condell can lift a unit that finished seventh in scoring among the CFL’s nine teams. If the passing game rises with Collaros and the new concepts, the Bombers have a direct path back toward the top level White said he wants to reach.
