Josh Hannay Leads Bradford Bulls Into Las Vegas on 27 February 2027

josh hannay is tied to a Super League matchup heading to Las Vegas on 27 February 2027, with Bradford Bulls and Leigh Leopards scheduled for Allegiant Stadium. The game will be Bradford’s home fixture and the third Super League contest staged in the city.

Allegiant Stadium Hosts Bradford

Bradford and Leigh will become the fifth and sixth Super League teams to play in Las Vegas. The fixture comes with added weight for Bradford because it arrives in the club’s first season back at this level since 2014.

The trip also lands in the middle of a wider rugby league showcase. It will sit alongside a double-header to open the new season of Australia’s NRL Telstra Premiership, turning one date into a broader launch point for the sport in the United States.

Leigh And Bradford Return

Leigh enter the stage from a stronger recent run. Since winning promotion in 2022, they have won the Challenge Cup and finished no lower than fifth.

That record is part of why the club’s owner described the move so strongly. Derek Beaumont said he was “absolutely buzzing and privileged to be able to take 'little old Leigh' to represent Super League in Las Vegas”. He added: “This presents the club and our town with a fantastic opportunity to raise its profile on a world stage and is invaluable to the partnerships that we have built over the years.”

Bradford’s side of the story is built on return as much as exposure. Philip Sharp said taking part in the Las Vegas showcase was further proof of the club’s return to the big stage after years in the wilderness.

Super League’s Las Vegas Path

The schedule adds another chapter to a short Las Vegas run for Super League. Wigan Warriors beat Warrington Wolves in the first game held there in March last year, and Leeds Rhinos beat Hull KR in the 2026 fixture in March.

Sharp said: “Bradford Bulls is a club built on rich history and identity and we have one of the most passionate supporter bases in the sport.” He added: “Taking the Bulls to Las Vegas would be about far more than just a single game - it's an opportunity to showcase our supporters, our city and our journey on a global stage, and that the Bulls are back.”

For supporters, the key shift is simple: Bradford now has a named home game on one of Super League’s biggest showcase stages, and Leigh gets the same spotlight after a strong run since promotion. By the time the teams walk out at Allegiant Stadium, the result will sit inside a wider push to lift the competition’s profile beyond its usual borders.
