Cheryl Hines warns as RFK Jr handles two snakes in Florida

cheryl hines can be heard telling Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to slow down as he wrestled two snakes in Florida on Tuesday. Kennedy grabbed the pair with his bare hands in a 49-second recording that was believed to be shot at the Palm Beach waterfront mansion belonging to Mehmet Oz.

The post said, “Cheryl cheerleads the removal of a pair of Black Racers from Dr Oz’s patio.” Kennedy laughed while holding both snakes in his right hand, then recoiled in apparent pain when one of them rose up and struck his left hand. A voice that sounds like Oz can be heard guessing the animals were mating, then asking whether they were fighting.

The snakes were described as non-venomous southern black racers, the most common snake species in Florida and harmless to humans. That identification strips away the usual danger narrative and leaves a stranger one: a health secretary on video manhandling wildlife on a private patio while his wife tries to stop him from getting too close.

Kennedy’s animal record

The clip fits into a broader list of unusual animal episodes tied to Kennedy. He admitted in 2014 that he found a dead bear cub on a road trip, put it in his van, and planned to skin it and eat it later. In 2001, he wrote in his journal about cutting the penis out of a road-killed raccoon on I-684.

A source close to Kennedy said he was “doing just fine.” The unanswered part is not whether the snakes were dangerous; it is what happened to them after the video ended, and why a 49-second clip from a waterfront patio became the latest proof that Kennedy still attracts attention when animals are involved.
