Rachel Nichols Joins Britt Robertson in Night At The Carriage House

rachel nichols is set to co-star with Britt Robertson in SJ Creazzo’s psychological horror-thriller Night At The Carriage House. The casting pairs two actresses in a project built around an isolated historic estate, with Nichols playing Faith E. Williams, a former Hollywood icon whose life was cut short by murder decades earlier.

SJ Creazzo’s Carriage House

Creazzo described Night At The Carriage House as “exactly the kind of elevated psychological thriller I’m drawn to as a filmmaker.” He added, “It’s intimate, emotionally raw, grounded, and relentlessly suspenseful.” That points to a compact production model centered on atmosphere and character pressure rather than scale, which fits a story set almost entirely inside one property.

The film comes from Centerboro Productions, which is based in New York and Los Angeles, with Creazzo also producing under the Dreamality Entertainment banner. Todd Slater of Convoke Media and Marilyn G. Haft are also involved, giving the project a multi-party production setup before cameras roll.

Robertson and Nichols

Robertson plays a beautiful rising but troubled Hollywood starlet who accepts what appears to be the perfect secluded retreat, then uncovers a web of secrets tied to the property’s mysterious caretaker and the legacy hidden inside its walls. Nichols’ Faith remains present in the story even though she is long dead, and the script links her tragic past to the estate itself.

Creazzo said, “Britt and Rachel bring extraordinary vulnerability, intelligence, and unpredictability to these characters, creating a dynamic that feels deeply human while becoming increasingly terrifying.” That combination gives the film a clear commercial hook: recognizable names, a contained setting, and a high-concept thriller frame that can travel without a wide physical world.

Dark Reckoning on June 7

June 7 brings Creazzo’s last film, Dark Reckoning, to VOD, with Kristanna Loken starring as a virologist fighting to survive after being stranded in the mountains following a deadly car accident. He has also recently completed the documentary Finding Bob Nelson: A True Story Told by an Unreliable Source, which features interviews with David Zucker, Pat Proft, Rosie O’Donnell and others.

Patricia A. Beninati said, “Both actresses bring an undeniable emotional intensity and sophistication to the screen that perfectly matches the tone of this film.” She also called it “suspenseful, psychologically layered” and “commercially compelling and deeply character driven.” For audiences, that usually means the watch list is simple: a two-lead horror setup, a single haunted location, and a filmmaker trying to sell dread through performance rather than spectacle.
