Dunkin Releases New Pink Summer Drinks Featuring A Barbie Collaboration

Dunkin releases new pink summer drinks featuring a barbie collaboration on June 3, 2026, led by Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam and the Pink Pineapple Refresher. The company also tied the launch to a Manhattan store takeover and a limited-time menu that runs beyond the first day of summer service.

Jill Nelson on Pink

Jill Nelson, Dunkin’s chief marketing officer, said the chain was taking its pink branding further this summer. “Pink has always been part of Dunkin’s DNA, and this summer we’re taking it further than ever – bold, fun and unmistakably Dunkin’,” she said.

The new Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam is a limited-time topper with a sweet, creamy strawberry flavor and a pink finish for iced beverages. Dunkin also added the Pink Pineapple Refresher, which brings pineapple, raspberry and hibiscus flavors and can be customized with green tea, black tea, lemonade, oatmilk, protein milk or sparkling water.

Manhattan Store Takeover

The collaboration extends into New York City beginning June 10, when Dunkin will debut a Barbie DreamHouse inspired store takeover in Manhattan that runs throughout June. The company also said guests can buy the Barbie Pink Pineapple Cup on June 12 at participating locations while supplies last.

That store plan gives the promotion a physical presence beyond the menu, while the rollout keeps the product line limited by date and supply. Customers who want the cup will need to watch the June 12 window closely, and the takeaway menu adds a second purchase point for anyone visiting later in the month.

Dunkin Menu Additions

Dunkin is also adding a Rocket Pop Classic Donut, Golden BBQ Hash Brown Wake-Up Wrap, Golden BBQ Loaded Hash Browns and a $6 Meal Deal with any two Wake-Up Wrap sandwiches and a medium hot or iced coffee. The collaboration content includes a stop-motion video with Barbie Brooklyn Roberts and Barbie Malibu Roberts saving Ken after tasting the Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam during a Dunkin Run.

For regular guests, the practical change is a wider summer menu anchored by the pink drinks and a short-run Barbie tie-in that reaches stores, packaging and video. The limited availability on the Barbie Pink Pineapple Cup makes the launch a buy-now item rather than a season-long staple, which is where the promotion becomes most immediate for customers.
