Draymond Green Returns To Inside The Nba For Games 3 and 4

Draymond Green is back on inside the nba for Games 3 and 4 of the 2026 NBA Finals in New York City. The Golden State Warriors forward will work as a guest analyst while the show handles the league’s official pregame, halftime and postgame coverage from San Antonio and New York.

Inside The Nba lineup

announced Green’s return to the co-hosting role for the two Finals games in New York City, where the Knicks host the Spurs in Game 3 on Monday night, June 8, and Game 4 on Wednesday, June 10. The full Inside the NBA crew of Ernie Johnson, Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith and Shaquille O’Neal will handle the official NBA Finals studio shows.

Those broadcasts are being produced on-site by TNT Sports from San Antonio and New York. San Antonio hosts Game 1 on Wednesday, June 3, and Game 2 on Friday, June 5, with every necessary game in the series set for an 8:30 p.m. ET start.

Green and Barkley

Green has filled that role before, but his most recent appearance on the program came with tension between him and Barkley. During that exchange, Green pushed back after Barkley said the Warriors’ run was over, telling him that he and his teammates were trying to avoid looking like Barkley did with the Houston Rockets in the late 1990s.

The timing also fits a broader season for Green, who is in the final year of a $100 million deal. His contract pays him $27.6 million for the upcoming campaign and includes a player option, while he is set to turn 37 years old late next season.

Green has also said he wants to extend in Golden State if the team comes to the table with a fair offer. For viewers in New York, his return adds a current player with recent playoff and contract pressure to a Finals studio show that will already have four of the sport’s most recognizable voices on set.
