Bank of America, FIFA and Vet Tix unlock 4,547 Fifa World Cup 2026™ tickets

Bank of America, FIFA and Vet Tix said on June 3, 2026 that fifa world cup 2026™ tickets will be set aside for veterans, current military members, first responders and their families. The program covers $2.25 million in free tickets and will reach all 11 U.S. host cities, starting with the second match played in the United States.

Michael A. Focareto III, the Vet Tix founder, CEO and U.S. Navy veteran, said the partnership will make 4,547 FIFA World Cup tickets available. Vet Tix members and 1st Tix members will get an email alert once the tickets open through the platform, with eligibility verified through ID.me.

4,547 tickets across 11 cities

The distribution runs from the group stage to the final, and 250 tickets are reserved for U.S. Men's National Team matches. Bank of America is contributing $2 million to Vet Tix for purchase and distribution, while Vet Tix is adding $250,000 to support the ticket program.

That structure matters for people living in or near host cities: the tickets are not tied to one match or one region, and the offer extends across the entire tournament calendar in the United States. For eligible veterans, current service members, and first responders, this is a direct access program rather than a general promotion.

Honorably discharged veterans and currently serving military members can sign up at vettix.org, while current and retired first responders can register at 1sttix.org. Both programs use ID.me to verify eligibility, which keeps the distribution limited to the communities named in the announcement.

Focareto said, "We are deeply grateful to partner with Bank of America and FIFA to help make 4,547 FIFA World Cup tickets available to the veteran, military and first responder communities we proudly serve" and added that the chance to experience the tournament across all 11 cities is about family memories as much as the matches themselves. The hard cap of 4,547 tickets means the benefit is meaningful but finite, so the first email alert will matter most to the members already in the system.

Bank of America and FIFA

Larry Di Rita, Bank of America President of Greater Washington D.C., said the bank has hired thousands of veterans and military family members, donated thousands of homes to wounded warriors and first responders, and served the military with specialized products and services for more than a century. He also said the bank looks forward to welcoming visitors to the National Mall for a BofA Fan Experience at the FIFA World Cup 2026 Fan Zone in Washington.

Gianni Infantino said FIFA is proud to work alongside Bank of America and Vet Tix to help veterans and military families across the country be part of the tournament. For eligible readers, the practical move is simple: register now, verify through ID.me, and wait for the alert tied to the second match in the United States, because the offer is limited and the distribution will move fast once it opens.
