Aurogon Shanghai Unveils Swords Of Legends Trailer With Boss Fight

Aurogon Shanghai unveiled a new gameplay trailer for swords of legends during the Summer Game Fest Showcase, putting Sipan, the Arbiter of the Underworld, into combat against Kong Kong Zi. The single-player action-adventure RPG still has no release date, so the trailer now becomes the clearest public look at how the game plays.

Summer Game Fest Showcase

The trailer centered on gameplay and boss fights, showing Sipan using the game’s combat systems in a way that goes beyond the earlier premise. It also introduced the Spirit Companion system, where a soul from the spirit realm assists in battle.

That system sits alongside several other combat tools shown in the footage. Players can summon captured souls to fight by their side, bind enemies with spiritual seals, and unleash multi-target attacks.

Gujian Series Sequel

Swords of Legends is the official sequel to the Gujian series and is built in Unreal Engine 5. Aurogon Shanghai has set the game in the primordial age and drawn it from the strange tales of classical Chinese literature, which gives the trailer’s boss encounter a distinct frame compared with a standard fantasy action RPG.

The game is slated for PlayStation, Xbox, and PC, and it is available to wishlist on Steam. For players watching for a release window, the practical takeaway is simple: the new trailer adds combat detail, but not timing.
