Jack Plummer Leads UFL With 2,188 Passing Yards, Lands MVP Finalist Spot

Jack plummer turned a league-leading regular season into an MVP finalist spot on June 5, 2026. The United Football League named the Orlando Storm quarterback one of four finalists for the 2026 Most Valuable Player Award after he drove the team to an 8-2 record and the No. 1 overall playoff seed.

Plummer’s 2,377-yard season

Plummer finished first in the UFL with 2,188 passing yards and also led the league with 2,377 total offensive yards. He completed 195 of 300 passes for a 65.0% completion percentage, threw 17 touchdown passes, and had one interception.

He added 189 rushing yards and three rushing touchdowns, with a long run of 71 yards. That gave him 20 total touchdowns over the 10-game regular season, the kind of all-around production that separated him from the rest of the field.

The Storm’s 8-2 mark was the other part of the case. Plummer not only piled up yards; he kept Orlando near the top of the league for the full 10-game regular season and helped secure the No. 1 overall playoff seed.

He also picked up UFL Offensive Player of the Week presented by Progressive honors in Week 8, a midseason marker that fit the numbers he was stacking up week after week. For a quarterback award, the resume is built on the efficiency as much as the volume, and Plummer had both.

UFL award finalists

The finalists were selected by a panel of media members, broadcast partners, coaches and team football personnel from all eight teams, and the award is tied to performance across the full regular season. Along with Plummer, the other finalists are Cam Gill, Derick Roberson and Jordan Ta’amu.

That leaves Plummer in a tight race, but his statistical edge is clear: the league’s passing-yardage leader, the total-yardage leader, and the quarterback who guided the top seed into the postseason. The MVP result will come down to whether voters value that balance more than the production of the other three finalists.
