Liv Morgan Returns to Raw After WWE Direction Frustration
Liv Morgan has not wrestled on television since the Raw after WrestleMania, and that pause now sits alongside reported internal frustration over the way WWE has handled her and Dominik Mysterio since the show. Morgan is scheduled for the upcoming episode of Raw, where the company plans to lean on her again after weeks without a televised follow-up.
WrestleVotes reported on Fightful Select that there is internal frustration about the lack of storyline direction for Mysterio and Morgan after WrestleMania. That leaves WWE with a featured champion who beat Stephanie Vaquer for the women’s world championship at WrestleMania, then saw the feud stall after Vaquer’s injury interrupted the program.
Raw After WrestleMania
Morgan did wrestle on the Raw after WrestleMania, where she beat Sol Ruca. Since then, her in-ring television presence has gone quiet, even as she remained part of the Queen of the Ring tournament field and the company started to move toward a fresh television cycle.
The upcoming Raw gives her a direct reset point. Morgan is set to face Becky Lynch, Alexa Bliss and Chelsea Green in the first round of Queen of the Ring, and the winner earns a title shot against the champion of their choosing. For a champion who has been waiting through an interrupted program, that is the clearest on-air path back into the center of the show.
Dominik Mysterio And SummerSlam
WWE expects to use Mysterio and Morgan more in the coming weeks, with Mysterio likely to be featured as the build to TripleMania starts to pick up. That matters because the frustration is not about one missed segment; it is about two names who should have been carrying momentum but instead drifted after WrestleMania.
SummerSlam is approaching on Aug. 1-2, so the next stretch of television has to do more than just clear the logjam. Morgan’s Raw appearance should answer whether WWE is ready to turn the page on the stalled Vaquer feud and put her back into a championship lane that can actually carry into August.
