Colorado Eagles Host Chicago Wolves in Game 7 at 9:05 ET
colorado eagles will host Chicago in Game 7 after the Wolves rallied past Colorado 3-2 in Game 6 on June 7, 2026. The deciding game is set for June 8, 2026 at 9:05 ET, with the winner moving on to the 2026 Calder Cup Finals.

Letestu’s late-game warning
Mark Letestu said Colorado needed more once it had the lead. “We’ve got to do more to add to our lead,” he said after the loss. He also pointed to Amir Miftakhov, who made his first postseason start for the Wolves and stopped 36 shots.
“Miftakhov comes in, plays a pretty good game for them, but by not adding to the lead you give them an opportunity,” Letestu said. Colorado now has to reset quickly in a series it has never taken to a Game 7 in the Calder Cup Playoffs.
Robert W. Clarke Trophy at stake
The winner takes the Robert W. Clarke Trophy and advances to face the Toronto Marlies, who reached the Calder Cup Finals by beating Wilkes-Barre/Scranton in six games. Toronto’s Alex Nylander scored the overtime winner at 13:44 in Game 6, setting up the West-to-Finals path now hanging on Colorado and Chicago.
Chicago enters Game 7 with a 3-1 all-time record in AHL Game 7s. Colorado gets home ice for the first deciding game in its Calder Cup Playoffs history, and the result will settle whether the Eagles keep their season alive or the Wolves carry their comeback into the championship series.
