FC Bayern World Squad 2026 schedule
The World Squad is an international youth development program by Bayern Munich that selects players under 19 from around the world for training, matches, and cultural exchange. It began operations in 2021, and the source says many past participants later signed professional contracts.
The 2026 group will train in Jeju from June 15 to 19 and play a practice match against the Jeju U-18 team on June 19. It then moves to a training camp in Paju on June 20 before departing for Germany on June 28.
Munich Campus through July 10
Training and friendly matches continue at the Munich Campus until July 10. Heo said, "I will continue to grow steadily and develop into a goalkeeper who represents both Jeju and Korean football."
For Jeju, the selection puts an 18-year-old goalkeeper into a program built for under-19 prospects and gives him a route that runs from Jeju to Paju to Munich in less than a month.
