Scott Eastwood leads lucky strike movie into theaters on June 26, 2026. An exclusive clip arrived ahead of that release date, giving the World War II drama an early push as Roadside Attractions and Saban Films prepare the rollout.

Eastwood stars alongside Colin Hanks, Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor, Taylor John Smith, Lorne MacFadyen, Daniel Ray Rodriguez, Atanas Srebrev, Alexandra Vale, Jake Lowe, and Caroline Piette. Rod Davis Lurie directed the film and wrote the screenplay with Marc Frydman, extending a partnership that also ran through The Outpost in 2019.

Battle of the Bulge story

Inspired by true events, Lucky Strike follows one soldier trapped behind enemy lines during the last major German offensive of World War II, the battle known as the Battle of the Bulge. He carries only a Motorola SCR-300 radio, new technology that was battle-ready only near the end of the war, and has to rely on wit and spy craft to get past the advancing Nazi Panzer army and find his way home.

Release timing and credits

The June 26 opening gives the film a clear runway after the clip debut, and the cast list suggests the release is being positioned as more than a Scott Eastwood vehicle. Marc Frydman, Yariv Lerner, Les Weldon, and Jonathan Yunger produced the film, with Anders Erdén, Lati Grobman, Matthew Helderman, Julie Kroll, Avi Lerner, J.J.
