Reece Weaver Leaves Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders After 3 Seasons

Reece Weaver is leaving the dallas cowboys cheerleaders after three seasons, telling Kelli Finglass and Judy Trammell that she will not return for a fourth season. She said she is moving onto a new chapter after building a run that made her one of the team’s fan-favorite members.

Weaver said her cup is filled to the brim from the three years she got to be a DCC and added, “It’s been everything and more than I could have imagined.” The decision came at the end of America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Season 3, when the 2025 squad had to decide whether to try out again or hang up their uniforms for good.

Before making the call, she had long talks with Will Allman and leaned on her faith. Weaver said, “The biggest pros for staying are my teammates,” and described game days and appearances as special.

Her decision followed a fast stretch of life changes. Weaver and Allman graduated, got engaged, planned a wedding, and she made DCC in quick succession, which she summed up by saying, “we graduated, we were engaged, we knew we were planning a wedding, I made DCC … it was like bam, bam, bam,”. She added, “And now it’s the first time I’m actually taking a breath and figuring out.. what am I doing? What is my purpose? Who is Reece? Who’s us?”

After leaving the team, Weaver kept working as a content creator, doing brand partnerships, attending in-person events, and posting fashion and lifestyle content. Her social media work started in the kitchen and grew into the Floral Friday segment she runs each week, where she makes floral arrangements for different occasions.

Weaver and Allman are still married, and they celebrated their two-year wedding anniversary in April. That leaves her outside the DCC uniform but still active in public-facing work, with the next phase now centered on her content, events, and the routine she built away from the squad.
