Jordan game gets a new Knicks link on Saturday, September 26, when the Air Jordan 1 Low OG "Last Dance in the Garden" launches globally at 10:00 a.m. ET. Jordan Brand tapped Fat Joe to debut the colorway, which folds Michael Jordan's Madison Square Garden history into a release built for adults and kids.

Fat Joe Debuts the Pair

The shoe will sell through the Nike SNKRS app, Jordan stores, and select retail partners. Adult pairs are priced at $140, big kids at $120, little kids at $80, and toddler sizing at $65, giving the release a full-family rollout from the start.

The design keeps the message tight. A white base carries a red and black garden pattern on the overlays, Metallic Gold outlines the Nike Swoosh logos, the Knicks' blue and orange appear on the lace loop just below the Nike Air branding, and the original Air Jordan Wings logo is stitched into the heels in Metallic Gold.

Jordan's Garden Memory

The story behind the pair reaches back to 1998, when Michael Jordan wore the Air Jordan 1 Chicago during his final game at Madison Square Garden. The AJ1 Low OG is intended to capture that moment and memory, tying the low-top release to one of the most recognizable arenas in his career.

Jordan Brand's own description keeps the tone restrained: "The colors nod to greatness without shouting." Sports commentary around the shoe pushed the same idea further: "It's not built to be the loudest AJ1. It's built around heritage, and his respect is already cemented in basketball history."

For buyers, the practical details are clear. The launch hits globally at 10:00 a.m. ET on September 26, the sizing spans the full family range, and the retail price steps down from adult to toddler pairs. For Jordan Brand, the release turns a Madison Square Garden memory into a product that arrives just as the next NBA season rollout comes into view.
