Disney Plus Help Statement
Disney Plus Help replied on X, "We're sorry to hear about this experience. Our team is already aware of the instability that's occurring and is working to fix it as soon as possible," and that message arrived while fresh reports of login failures and app errors continued to arrive, creating a live contradiction between the platform's remediation effort and ongoing user outages.
What caused the Disney Plus outage and when service was fully restored are not answered.
