Freddy Brazier says Holly Swinburn split leaves them not speaking

Freddy Brazier says he and Holly Swinburn are not speaking right now after splitting again following the birth of their daughter, Isla Jade. He said there is no bad blood, but the latest break leaves the pair separated while they share responsibility for a baby born in March this year.

“Yeah, Holly and I aren't talking right now. We're not speaking at the moment,” Brazier told the Mirror. He added: “There's no bad blood at all, I just need some space, we both need space. I can't speak for Holly, but I just need to work on myself right now.”

The update lands after a relationship that has already moved through several turning points. Brazier and Swinburn met on TikTok in June last year, announced two months later that they were expecting their daughter, and welcomed Isla Jade in March this year. A split followed in November after he allegedly partied with girls at her home while she was on holiday.

Jackiey Budden row

The latest rupture traces back to a row over Jackiey Budden, after Brazier allegedly ended things weeks after Isla Jade was born. He moved out of the home he shared with Swinburn and went to Gran Canaria after Jackiey Budden was denied permission to meet the baby, while Swinburn reportedly grew concerned about Budden's lifestyle and said she was a bad influence on Brazier.

A paternity test had already settled one basic question, and it did so before the current split hardens into anything more permanent. Brazier was confirmed as Isla Jade's father, which means the practical issue now is not parentage but how much contact the two adults are willing to maintain while the relationship stays off balance.

Jade Goody and Mother's Day

21 years after Jade Goody died in 2009, Brazier has also spoken about how fatherhood sits beside grief. He said Mother's Day is difficult because he wishes he could share it with his mother, then added: “I told her what was going on with the baby and how I am feeling, but sometimes I struggle talking to a headstone.”

That leaves the immediate picture plain enough: Brazier is asking for space, Swinburn is absent from the conversation, and their daughter remains the link between them. Whether Freddy Brazier and Holly Swinburn stay apart or find a way back into the same routine is the live question the split has left behind.
