500ml bottles at Wembley Stadium
Each ticket holder may bring one bottle of up to 500ml, and it can be an empty soft-plastic bottle with the top off. Metal water bottles are allowed for this occasion too, which widens the options for people already traveling to the venue with drinkware they use every day.
Inside Wembley Stadium, free refillable water stations are available on each level, while extra water points have also been added on the external concourse. Bottled water at the bar has been reduced by 50 per cent, so the stadium is clearly pushing people toward refills rather than queueing for packaged drinks.

“Our traditional policies around water bottles have been relaxed for the past few events as temperatures have risen, and we would encourage guests to bring bottles as per above and refill them inside the stadium.”
Wembley Stadium also told fans to take regular breaks in shaded areas, dress accordingly, avoid arriving too early and not consume too much alcohol throughout the day.
