Lotito Unblocks Provedel
Claudio Lotito gave the go-ahead in the evening, ending a long negotiation that had stalled the move. Once that happened, the operation opened up at a total value of about three million euros, with Inter moving to secure a goalkeeper target that had been under discussion for weeks.
The timing gives both clubs a clear path to the formal steps that usually follow a transfer agreement. Provedel, who is set to leave Lazio for Inter, now has the medicals in front of him before the clubs move to the final paperwork.
Pedraza and Lazio Planning
While Provedel’s move has been unblocked, Lazio still has several unresolved transfer situations on both exits and arrivals. Alfonso Pedraza has already been in Rome for three days and is waiting for the official announcement, with the left back set to become Lazio’s new option on that side.
That is where the wider market pressure shows up. Lazio is still weighing other names across the squad, including Mario Gila, Luca Pellegrini, Christos Mandas, Pietro Comuzzo, Lorenzo Lucca, Sebastiano Piccoli and Andrea Pinamonti of Sassuolo, while The Porto could return for Nuno Tavares and Fiorentina asked for information about Mandas.
Pinamonti Price Point
Pinamonti is the clearest number still hanging over the attacking plans. Sassuolo values Andrea Pinamonti at at least 15 million euros, a fee that sets a much higher bar than the Provedel operation and helps explain why Lazio is still working through several options at once.
The good relationship with Riso could help that negotiation, and the same agent was already involved in talks for the two-year renewal of Danilo Cataldi, whose contract expires in 2027. Lazio’s market now has a completed exit moving toward the medical stage, one arrival waiting for the formal announcement, and a cluster of other decisions still sitting on the table.
