Seafair's summer schedule
Seafair said last week on Good Day Seattle that FOX 13 Seattle is the festival’s new official broadcast partner. The partnership will carry the fireworks show now and Seafair’s three signature events through the rest of the summer.
The schedule continues with the Alaska Airlines Torchlight Parade along the Seattle waterfront on July 25 for the second consecutive year. The Torchlight Run begins at 6 p.m. that night, and the main parade will feature more than 100 units, including marching bands, local sports teams and traditional festival displays.
Lake Washington returns in August
After July 25, Seafair turns to Lake Washington during the first weekend of August, when the Boeing Seafair Air Show and Apollo Mechanical Cup Hydroplane Races return.
