Yung Filly appeared in a Western Australian court on Monday and pleaded not guilty to six counts of sexually penetrating a 20-year-old woman without consent. The case centers on allegations from September 2024 in Perth, where prosecutor Danielle Clarke said the woman’s night with the British YouTuber and musician turned violent after they went to his hotel room.
Danielle Clarke told the district court of Western Australia that the woman was a fan who had gone to Yung Filly’s gig at a bar in Perth’s northern suburbs. After the set, the woman was invited into a VIP area, then left about 3am with Barrientos and the all-male entourage, believing she was being taken to an after-party.
Instead, Clarke said, the group went to the Intercontinental Hotel, where one of Barrientos’s minders took the woman’s phone and the performer led her to room 217. Clarke said Barrientos and the woman initially engaged in consensual sex there before he became violent, bit and slapped her, and raped her multiple times.

Clarke told the court the woman suffered extensive bruising to her face and neck and bite wounds on her right breast. She also quoted the woman as saying, “The bites hurt and [the woman] said ouch and asked the accused to be gentle.”
