Adjepong said the allegations “arose in the context of a long running divorce and custody proceeding” and said that proceeding concluded on June 2. He also said he is complying fully with the order.
Janell’s attorney said, “I believe the court did its job to protect the best interest of the child.” Janell Mack wrote on social media that her daughter “was just granted a protective order against her father because she was brave enough to speak up,” and said she spent the years since their 2021 split teaching her daughter about consent and body autonomy.
