Abbey Clancy told Peter Crouch on The Therapy Crouch podcast that she would love a newborn after the couple reunited following his time working at the World Cup. The comment added a public wrinkle to a family already raising four children together.
Clancy, 40, said: "There's so many older women have babies now, and I'd love a newborn." Crouch, 45, answered: "Would you really?" before adding: "Fair play. Are they on second marriages."

The exchange came after Crouch worked as a pundit for FOX Sports during the recent World Cup in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Clancy flew out with the children to watch the World Cup final in New York last week, bringing the family back together after the period apart.
Clancy also pointed to Sienna Miller, saying: "Sienna Miller's sister's pregnant, she's like 47. Sienna Miller, just had a baby (at the age of 44)." The reference was part of her argument for why a newborn still appealed to her.

Abbey Clancy and Peter Crouch already share four children: Sophia Ruby, 15, Liberty Rose, 11, Johnny, eight, and Jack, who is seven. Clancy said Sophia renewed her passport before the trip to the US and had to do her fingerprints after landing in New York.
That detail surfaced in the same family discussion, when Clancy said immigration officers are not fun and that you cannot crack a joke with them. It put the podcast conversation in the middle of a practical family moment rather than a simple celebrity aside.
Crouch's earlier view
Crouch had previously said their family would not be expanding because having four children was a ridiculous decision. On an earlier episode of The Therapy Crouch, he also said the couple can bicker, which makes the newborn comment land as part of a relationship they have described publicly in direct terms before.
For now, the exchange leaves the family discussion where it started: as a joke, a signal, and a small but clear hint that Clancy is open to another baby while Crouch has already said four was enough.
