Jerry Kelly and Cameron Percy will head into the final round of the ISPS HANDA Senior Open tied for the lead after matching up at 8-under 202 on Gleneagles’ Kings Course.
Kelly made the move with a 2-under 68 in the third round, while Percy followed his 36-hole lead with a 1-over 71. That left the two players level entering the final round and set up a straight race for the title.
How the lead changed
Percy was the leader after 36 holes, but Kelly’s steady third round erased that advantage. A one-shot swing in the third round was enough to bring them together at the top of the leaderboard, and now both players have the same score with one round left to play.
The setup is simple from here: one round, two co-leaders, and a chance for either Jerry Kelly or Cameron Percy to close out the tournament at Gleneagles. With both players at 8-under 202, the final round will decide which of them separates from the pack.
