M60 traffic delays hit drivers on the clockwise side this morning after a crash near junction 5 for Princess Parkway. Two lanes were shut, and long queues built up before the lanes reopened at around 8.10am.

Drivers still faced heavy traffic up to the earlier closure even after all lanes reopened. For anyone approaching junction 5, the change was immediate: the road was moving again, but not yet at normal flow.
