Duric said, “People assume a car key problem means their day is over — that they're stuck waiting for a tow, then waiting again at a shop,” and added, “We built the mobile side of this business so that's just not true anymore.” He also said, “We come to you, we fix it in the parking lot or the driveway, and you're back on the road.”

The company is based on W Lawrence Ave in Jefferson Park, and its vans carry key-cutting machines and transponder programming equipment used at the shop. Duric said that lets technicians cut standard and laser-cut keys, program transponder chips and key fobs, extract broken keys from ignitions, and unlock vehicles across nearly all makes and models.
Customers can still get car key replacement, key fob programming, ignition repair, and emergency lockout response at the Jefferson Park shop. The company says the shop remains the home base for both mobile dispatch and walk-in service, so the new setup gives drivers two ways to get the same work done.
