Tofiq Musayev goes into his featured prelim against Ludovit Klein in Belgrade with momentum from his biggest recent result, but this is also the kind of fight that can quickly show where he stands in the UFC picture.
Musayev arrived in the UFC in June 2025 and has only two fights in the promotion, which means the question is not whether he has experience overall, but whether his Rizin and Bellator background can translate against a more established UFC opponent. His unanimous-decision win over Ignacio Bahamondes in March was an important step, but Klein presents a different challenge.
Why the March win matters
That victory over Ignacio Bahamondes was significant because it gave Musayev a clear UFC foothold after a career built outside the promotion. At 23-6 with 20 finishes, he has long had the record of a dangerous and well-rounded fighter, but UFC fights tend to ask different questions.
The source frames him as the more active takedown threat in this matchup, and that is the key to his route to success. If he can force Klein into uncomfortable positions and keep the fight from becoming a clean striking contest, he gives himself a much better chance of turning that March result into a real run.
Klein brings the sharper UFC profile

There is also a physical edge to consider. Klein is two inches taller, at 72 inches, while Musayev is listed at 69 inches. That may not decide the fight on its own, but it matters when one fighter is trying to build a striking rhythm and the other is looking to close distance and change the terms of the contest.
