Rob Fee says WWE club is moving beyond backstage clips. The new Club WWE package will include curated classic Raw and SmackDown episodes that are not currently on Netflix, giving subscribers access to older flagship television that has stayed out of the current library.
That addition matters because many historic episodes of WWE’s flagship shows still have not reached Netflix since the original WWE Network was retired. Club WWE is being built as a broader subscriber offer, not just a content dump.
Fee’s bigger swing
Fee said the project was first described internally only as “exclusive content,” a narrow lane that usually means interviews or behind-the-scenes material. The creative team pushed it further and turned Club WWE into a mix of archive programming and original shows made specifically for subscribers.
Fee put the show count in practical terms. Danhausen has a cooking show with a celebrity guest on every episode, and the guest is always Ethan Page. KO has a bedtime-stories show. Kit Wilson has an advice show. That gives Club WWE a reason to exist even for viewers who do not come for the archive alone.
WWE Vault’s archive pass
Fee said the WWE Vault team curated old Raw and Smackdown episodes that are not available anywhere else, which turns the archive into a controlled release rather than a random dump. For subscribers, that means the value is not simply “more content,” but a tighter promise: selected episodes, chosen by a team already tied to the archive brand.
Fee also said the docs team is putting out exclusive pieces that are “network level pieces.” He added that every title sequence to an original show is an homage to a horror movie the team loves, and that the credits in Chelsea’s show are his favorite. Those details point to a platform trying to look like a defined destination, not just a library add-on.
What Club WWE leaves open
The announcement gives subscribers a clear pitch: older Raw and SmackDown episodes that are missing from Netflix, plus original programming built only for Club WWE. What it does not give yet is the launch timeline for the archive drops or which episodes will arrive first, so the near-term value depends on how quickly WWE starts filling that gap.
For viewers who have been waiting on specific eras of Raw and SmackDown, the practical move is simple: watch Club WWE for the curated rollout rather than expecting the full archive to appear all at once. Fee’s note about a small, passionate crew and “a TON of easter eggs” suggests the service is being launched as a curated product, not a bulk import.
